Huaibin Lu 3E President, has got many years of experience in China energy
sector and global consulting business. His early career includes serving in oil
fields, research institutions, government organizations and engineering companies. He worked as Senior Economist and Planning Manager for China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) since early 1980s, and Manager of Finance and Economics for Shell Nanhai Petrochemical Joint Venture from Guangdong, before joining Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) as

Associate Director Asia Energy in Boston of the United States in 1994. Mr. Lu graduated in Harbin Military Academy, conducted graduate study on systems engineering in Qinghua University, and graduate study on engineering economics and computer applications in the University of Queensland in Australia.

Wei Qiu 3E Deputy General Manager, is an expert on cost comparison, project economics and financial evaluation for oil and gas development. Ms. Qiu graduated from Beijing University of Petroleum, majoring in economics and
business administration. She worked as an economist in many petroleum development projects in China, spending many years in Daqing oilfields and refineries, and the Designing and Engineering Institute in Dagang oilfields. In 1979, Ms. Qiu was transferred to the Petroleum Planning and Engineering

Institute under the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, and later, Sinopec's Consulting Company in Beijing, where she worked as Senior Economist and Director to the Department of Tech-economics, being in charge of feasibility studies and evaluation for Sinopec's corporate investment and joint venture projects. Ms. Qiu was Visiting Associate for research in the East-West Center in Honolulu in late 1980s.

Jiangang Bai 3E Senior Director, is an expert in Asian oil & gas markets, downstream oil industry, and comparative energy costs. He focuses primarily on joint venture negotiation, project development and engineering management. He has got rich experience in oil & gas industry includes natural gas processing and downstream projects in Sichuan , and negotiation and project management in China 's offshore natural gas development, and served as Engineering Manager for gas development in the South China Sea . In early 2000s, he joined Mokveld Valves, the Netherlands, as Chief Representative of the Beijing Office. Mr. Bai holds a BS from the University of Petroleum .

Jiazuo Zhang 3E Research Director, graduated from Beijing Petroleum University . Mr. Zhang worked many years as an engineer in Fushun Refinery, and Project Manager for China Offshore Oil Development & Engineering Company. He joined Shell Nanhai Petrochemical Project in 1991 as Director Marketing, and a few years later moved to Hainan Gas & Chemical Project as Deputy Director. In late 1990s, he was appointed as Chief Coordinator of Foreign Collaboration for China National Offshore Corporation (CNOOC).

Chengyu Liang 3E Senior Associate, is an expert of the Chinese oil / gas market, and an authority of the Chinese LPG market. He was Senior Engineer to Guangdong Petroleum and Chemical Administration, General Manager of Yuehai Petrochemical Company. Mr. Liang is now Chairman of Guangdong Oil and Gas Association--a major independent industrial association in Guangdong , and has published a series of influential reports on the South China energy market and the Chinese LPG market.

Jiahui Zheng 3E Senior Associate, is an authority in processing technologies and engineering design, oil refining and petrochemical operations, and product quality and clean fuel technologies. He has got over 30 years of experience in refineries, petrochemical complexes, and engineering organizations. Before retired, Mr. Zheng was Research Professor in the Economic and Technological Research Institute of Sinopec.

Michael Li 3E Manager Business Development, is in charge of marketing and client services. Before joining 3E, he worked as Sales for AKA Marketing Limited, and Customer Service Assistant for New Riverside Marketing Co. in UK. Mr. Li graduated from Northumbria University of Britain for Bachelor degree of International business administration in 1999, and MBA in 2003.

Sophy Wu 3E Assistant Business Development, is responsible for business development and client communications and services. She graduated from Beijing Normal University with bachelor degree in 2005, majored in English Education.

Nancy Fu 3E Research Manager, is in charge of compiling 3E regular reports and coordinating research work. She graduated from Beijing Technology and Business University with a bachelor degree in 2000, and a master degree of economics in 2005. With her rich academic economic insights, she worked as teacher in colleges, and served for China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd (NFC), and Asian Finance Service Co., Ltd. (AFS).

Liqiang Wang 3E System Administrator, is responsible for network, database, and server management. He received a Bachelor Degree of computer application from University of Modern Administration in 2002, and then worked as system administrator for Zhongding Shuntong Network Co. Ltd from 2002 to 2004, and for Yvyang Real Estate Co. Ltd from 2004 to 2006.
